Are you a staffing agency?
No. Chainbridge provides managed procurement and supply-chain operations. We take responsibility for agreed workflows and deliverables rather than simply placing an employee into your organization.
Do we need to replace our existing purchasing team?
No. Chainbridge can supplement an existing team, take ownership of specific workflows, or provide broader outsourced procurement support depending on the client's needs.
Do you replace our ERP?
No. Chainbridge is designed to work within the systems and processes a client already uses whenever practical.
What size companies do you work with?
Our primary focus is growing U.S. companies with meaningful purchasing and supply-chain complexity, particularly manufacturers and industrial businesses.
Do you only work with companies that have no procurement department?
No. We can provide additional procurement capacity to existing teams as well as operate defined procurement functions for companies with limited internal purchasing resources.
Do you provide a one-time project?
Yes. Chainbridge offers a Supply Chain Diagnostic and selected project-based procurement work. Our core model is ongoing managed procurement and supply-chain operations.
How do you start?
We begin with a discovery conversation to understand the company's purchasing, suppliers, inventory, logistics and operational priorities. From there, we determine whether a diagnostic or recurring engagement makes sense.
